Video for smart living, savvy lifestyle blog

Monsoon has arrived in Mumbai. The sun has gone on leave and the overcast sky is pouring since morning. My cat had been running around, inside the house like a misfired missile since morning. He has now got tired, curled up and gone to sleep. From my window, I can see the children coming out with their umbrellas to enjoy the first proper rain of the season.

A weather such as this has got my creative cells ticking. So, I have compiled this video cover for this ‘smart living’ blog using some pictures from my Instagram feed. I hope that this conveys the essenceย of mindful, healthy, smart and positive living.

I have used this as a cover for the Facebook Page. If you are on Facebook, please do like thisย Facebook page.

I will keep the post short.

Do let me know how did you find the video?

O, I realised that I did not include my cat in the video after Mr ABHIRAY59 who blogs on https://occassionalmusingsblogpost.wordpress.comย pointed out.

PothePirateCat
Mr Po

So, I am including here, a picture of Po peeping out of the window in the morning.

PO is not much of a poser and doesn’t like to be clicked but maybe sometime when I have enough pictures of him, I will have a post dedicated to him. ๐Ÿ˜€

Happy Sunday!

You are absolutely right Somali, the change of season, with it we all experience the change in our mind and of course comes with rainy season comes the real change of mood. We are able to see the massive change in the nature and with so much bounty and beauty, it makes feel so good within seeing the pleasant environment outside. Life is indeed beautiful. You have beautifully captured the essence of life in your video and there is that lovely Himalayan thoughts of Nepal visit to the sumptuous spread of Thali to religion retreat and spiritualism sojourn of life.

Monsoon arrived and sun has gone for leave is such a lovely way of presenting the way nature represents us. Yes, creativity gets new wings with the weather changing its winds and nature gaining the momentum towards love and happy life. We are so much a part of nature, we take it for granted and enjoy the engagement nurturing our souls with nature but unfortunately we have forced ourselves away from the glory of nature, we are imprisoned in our apartments of thoughts and compartments of life and we feel stifled and strangulated by the self-imposed exile. Perhaps there is such a dichotomy of life and thought we love to live as we enjoy reconciling those differences…

Looking forward to more such lovely thoughts on smart living and mindfulness of life.

Thanks a lot, Nihar. Creativity gets new wings with the weather changing its winds – this is such a lovely expression. Somehow, such creative urges emerge sporadically, with some trigger (this time monsoon) and I get involved into something completely different. ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€

Yes Somali, perhaps the test of creativity lies in the way we handle this distraction and the way we navigate ourselves away from such diversions and get the full concentration channelized to get our creative juice flowing and flowing freely.
Monsoon are good times to pause and reflect both about the outside nature and our nature inside us…

I love rain and monsoon, according to me, (though many would disagree) is the best part of the year! Rain boosts up our creativity in some way or other and your slides hold an ample proof to that. I loved them as they showcase different feelings, emotions and lifestyles…. ๐Ÿ™‚

Mr Po seems to be a curious kid…. ๐Ÿ˜€

Yes, your love for the monsoon season finds mention in many of your posts. I like a window view of the rains. Mr Po is a very curious cat. He must know all that goes on inside the house.
Thank you for watching. Happy to know that you like it. ๐Ÿ™‚

Great photo of you on the beach, Somali! It’s always fun to peruse your photographs. Mr. Po looks tempted to spring out the window. I love his markings — so handsome!

Thank you very much, dear Rose. Mr Po usually does his cat walk on the ledge outside the window when it doesn’t rain. And yes, he is growing up to be a handsome young cat ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜‰
